Written by band guitarist Matt Slocum, Kiss Me is a delightfully dreamy rock/pop song, which became a staple of the late 90s and early 2000s. Released in August 1998, the song was a worldwide success, also featuring prominently in TV show Dawson’s Creek, and 1999 American teen romantic-comedy film She’s All That (an adaptation of My Fair Lady).

This energetic arrangement in D major would be an excellent addition to any string quartet’s repertoire, especially for weddings and functions. The lead melodies are mainly carried by Violin I and ‘Cello, with the syncopated rhythms of the guitar riff maintained within the ensemble, ensuring all members of the quartet can enjoy playing this 90s classic.
