This arrangement for 3 Cellos or Cello Trio features a lot of pizzicato / strumming in the Cello III voice, the melody in Cello I and the countermelody in Cello II. Intermediate to advanced players as well as professionals will enjoy playing it.
The countermelody is freely composed, while the melody is quite straight throughout, though re-arranged to make sense for instrumental playing (no odd, stiff vocal rhythms). The accompaniment can also be used as a basis for improvisation.
