Gorgeous piece with adjustments
I absolutely love this song, but the transcription wasn't quite accurate. The timing was off in places and I didn't like the way it resolved, but it wasn't too difficult to alter. I just play it a little differently than written. I've played the piano for 12 years and it took me a week or two to get comfortable with the piece memorized, but it's definitely doable to teach yourself with some practice. It's a gorgeous song and with some dynamic interpretation it can be really powerful!

Compelling
This is a really nice arrangement -- a bit truncated, but it captures the essence of the piece without slavishly doting on the melody. It has some tricky parts but they are what make the piece interesting. Worth the modest investment needed to learn them.

Saw on YouTube
I saw a vid on Youtube of this version. Let me tell you THIS IS NOT a walk in the park piece. BUT once you have the fingerings and chords down, it is so fun to play. The style of writing definitely gives you a chance to play very romantically.. fast then slow..then fast. highly recommend.

Hallelujah Piano Solo
Wow! Love this arrangement. It is a little difficult to learn, but well worth the trouble. It soothes me when times get hectic. Also, this is a great arrangement to present in a religious gathering or simply for a secular group.

sad
This score was very disappointing; perhaps it was the key or the version, but nonetheless, not to my expectations

Great arrangement
This is by far the most creative and imaginative arrangement of this piece I have come across. Many arrangements drag this piece out for several pages with minor melodic deviations, but this is short and sweet, and full on. Doesn't stick strictly to the recognised melody line but the deviation makes it sound fresh and invigorating and very powerful. Has some nice little right hand runs in it that sound great. You need to concentrate when playing this but it just sounds fantastic. Full and majestic sounding. Not a wimpy sounding version. Put lots of expression into it. Soft, then quickly to loud and back to soft. Slow the tempo, then back to normal speed. All adds to its appeal. Definitely recommend giving this arrangement a go.
