Bizet's Habanera from the opera Carmen is one of the most recognized arias of the repertoire. The Spanish dance and its hypnotic rhythms are heard in Act I scene 5 when Carmen makes her entrance for the first time.

Ray Kirkham's wonderful arrangement of about 3 minutes in length for Brass Quartet featuring the Trombonist is playable by intermediate or higher-level performers and may be programmed for almost any occasion.
