This is a fun intermediate classical finger-style guitar solo arrangement of the traditional French folk song, as performed by Brad Powell (who records as The Candlelight Guitarist) on his album "Sleepytime Special: The Lullaby Train To Dreamland." (Like other Candlelight Guitarist pieces, it seamlessly blends classical, jazz, folk, blues and others styles.) Entertaining for all ages, it's written in both standard notation and TAB. Based on the famous "round" it has some moderate counterpoint, very suitable for intermediate level players with some classical training or finger-style experience. OPTIONAL PERCUSSION: This arrangement has cues for optional percussion (occasional wind chimes and bell tree).
