I love all the Essential Element books. I'm a beginner and found the downloadable tracks very useful & convenient. This book is easy to understand & gave me a GREAT start to getting started. (I'm an adult beginner.)

  • August 19, 2008 No solo tracks

I am a beginner player. The problem I have with the book/cd is that each exercise has two tracks. The first is Orchestra arrangement the second is just the accompaniment. Now there is no solo play along track, for a beginner that second track is worthless, and they should...

have a solo track to play along with. Make sure you buy the book that has all 1-208 tracks/exercises and not the one that has only CD with 1-71 exercises.
