Composed by J.L Dussek. Edited by Fabienne Leloup. This edition: Facsimile. Collection Dominantes. Score. Anne Fuzeau Productions - France #5980. Published by Anne Fuzeau Productions - France (FZ.5980).
ISBN 9790230659802. 24.00 x 33.00 cm inches.
This facsimile of an original by Jan Ladislav Dussek is part of our Dominantes collection. Facsimile of the original English edition in separate parts: harp or piano forte primo - piano forte secondo. Introduction by Fabienne Leloup: the Dussek-Krumpholz-Pleyel trio - the Krumpholz harp - the harp in Paris - Ignace Pleyel - Pleyel pianos - the piano in Paris. A remarkable pre-Romantic duo written by Dussek for an unusual instrumental combination, but which can also be played on the piano. Performance by harp and piano requires some stylistic efforts on the part of the performers and careful balance of touch and tone. Collection supervised by the musicologist Jean Saint-Arroman, professor at the Conservatoire National Superieur de Musique et de Danse of Paris and at the CEFEDEM Ile de France (Training Centre for Music Teachers). He is the author of the majority of our prefaces and has also been involved in library searches. Facsimile of a copy in the British Library of London (England). Anne Fuzeau Classique propose period copies of classical music scores.
