This duo for horn and flugelhorn (or trumpet) is the sixth in a series of arrangements of familiar hymn tunes for F horn and other instruments called Hymn Tunes for Horn. The tune is named for its American composer, William B. Bradbury (1816-1868). The only popular hymn that uses this tune is Savior, Like a Shepherd Lead Us. Useful as preludes,offertories, postludes and special music for church services.  

Separate parts are provided to avoid awkward page turns. The flugelhorn part may also be played by cornet, trumpet, clarinet or soprano sax
