This captivating choral dance by Patti Drennan incorporates Pietro Yon's beloved Christmas carol, Gesu Bambino. The jubilant opening chorus, Glory to God, is followed by a lyrical contrasting section recalling the glorious Christmas morning. Strains of Yon's carol are heard in the flute (opt., part included), and then the men take up the melody, delightfully portraying the shepherds in the field. Highly recommended for school or church choirs!
