This piece portrays the hustle and bustle, the harshness and excess of a city - culminating in a blackout in the middle of the piece where suddenly everything is calm before the various systems are slowly brought online again. Austrian composerThomas Doss incorporated Anton Bruckner's chorale Os Justi in his composition which is an outstanding work for concerts or contests.
