Wertpapiere, Banken, Internet, Konsumdenken und ein leichtfertiger Materialismus treiben die Menschen an die aussersten Grenzen ihres korperlichen und geistigen Wohlbefindens. Ce morceau depeint l'agitation, le tumulte, la rigueur et l'atmosphere excessive d'une ville. Investissements, operations bancaires, internet, consumerisme et materialisme injustifie qui pousse les gens aux limites de leur bien-etre physique et mental. Une panne d'electricite (blackout) inattendue interrompt brusquement ce rythme frenetique et tout d'un coup tout est calme...

This piece portrays the hustle and bustle, the harshness and excess of a city - culminating in a blackout in the middle of the piece where suddenly everything is calm before the various systems are slowly brought online again. Austrian composerThomas Doss incorporated Anton Bruckner's chorale Os Justi in his composition which is an outstanding work for concerts or contests.
