As a mature student of the clarinet for the last two years, I have really enjoyed this interesting collection of relatively modern music composed for the clarinet. There is a good variety of pieces which are a pleasure to play. I liked the explanatory notes about all the pieces. The...

accompaniments, both with a the soloist and without, are excellent. I would have liked to have also had the sheet music for the accompaniments so the pieces could be used for performance. But overall, this is an excellent album.
