It's a gorgeous lullaby written for his son Sean, and contains the famous quote, "Life is what happens to you while you're busy making other plans." This arrangement makes use of chimes as well as malleted bells to help create the "steel drum" and bass guitar effects from the original song. Performance time is approximately 3:30. .
