  • September 17, 2008 A one of a kind, musicwise and technicalwise

Beautiful piece of music that needs patience in learning, demands high technical skills at points, and requires endurance to play through the ending. The editor's notes written are somewhat obvious, but to those who don't know it already, it proves incredibly helpful. Fingering provided helps tremendously but there...

are sections where fingering is not provided, and it would be helpful if it was. A great way to prepare for Chopin's F Major Ballade

This piece is one of the most magnificent and breathtaking pieces in the entire classical piano repertoire. It is extremely difficult and equally beautiful. Do not stray away from learning the piece because of the strange, slow introduction. There are many layers and themes recurring throughout the piece. It demands...

incredible stamina and flexibility of the fingers and wrists. It takes diligent patience, practice, and time to learn this piece and you must have a rock solid technique expertise. Attempting the extremely quick passages is humbling and discouraging, but mastering them is infinitely rewarding. A grand experience and adventure into Chopin's innermost genius.

I love this song! Although it is very difficult I am sure people on maybe grade 7 piano could play it. Only the middle and end parts are very hard anyway. It,s great!
