Beginning in a light and quick G Major key and ending in a triumphant and impactful Eb Major, the piece transitions themes from perpetual motion to watery ripples to finally an outspoken and ferocious intensity. This rhapsodic toccata is not for the faint of heart but is very rewarding in its execution of expression. Composed on May 6, 2018.
