Flégier is principally known as havng composed the famous song for bass and orchestra “Le Cor”, but he also wronte more than 300 works for piano, (including a concerto), many songs, an opéra-comique “Fatima", the oratorio "Ossian" and many chamber works, including the first “dixtuor” for wind quintet and string quintet. This four-movement trio is in a late romantic style. The set includes parts for both A or Bb clarinet.
