Commissioned for a theatrical staging of A Midsummer Night's Dream in London "On The Ground" was designed to have a limited range specifically for actors who were not experienced singers. It would be useful for use in new productions of A Midsummer Noght's Dream. It has a Shakespearean feel to it and could be used purely as a song.
