Composed by Allen Houston. Score and parts. Duration 7:50. Published by C. Alan Publications (CN.08700).

The Voyage is a unique piece, in that it requires the performers to move to different instruments throughout the performance. Two sets of parts are included: one set for the individual players to practice with and one set to be placed at each instrument station. The piece is set primarily in a quick 7/8 meter with departures to more common meters such as 3/4 and 4/4. The harmonic and rhythmic language is such that performers and audiences alike will love to take The Voyage.
