Great Solo Book for Trumpet
I have used this book's solos with great success. I so admire Mr Althouse's compositional style. He doesn't add fluff like a lot of contemporary composers but has an actual musical architectural and artistic concept that makes his music a delight to play for the trumpeter and pianist/organist.

The sacred Trumpet
Nothing special about this book. Open any hymnal and get the same results. The trumpet part isn't even a pull out.

Great!
Me and my dad got this book and used every single one of the songs in worship. He plays trumpet and I play piano. They`re awesome arrangements that took a little bit of work, but sounded great. So glad we got it!
