Trumpet quartet - Medium difficult

SKU: WA.64086

Composed by Keith Snell. Published by Walrus Music Publishing (WA.64086).

This fanfare was commissioned in the spring of 1989 by Robert Karon, Professor of Trumpet at the University of California, Santa Barbara, for the trumpet section of the UCSB Marching Band, known as the Gouchos. It was first performed by the trumpet section from the bell tower on the UCSB campus to commemorate the opening of the 1989 Conference of the International Trumpet Guild. Though written in four parts, the piece was written with outdoor performance in mind, and for that reason, doubling of parts is acceptable.
