Each of the 3 Gymnopédies has been transposed down a tone from the original compositions.


Programme note:

The three Gymnopédies are piano compositions by the French composer Erik Satie (1866 - 1925), written in 1888.  Two of the pieces were subsequently orchestrated by Claude Debussy.
