Amantis second Jazz Sonata is a modern soul in sonata form: Eckuinox begins with a rapid cadence of the solo cello and goes into a groovy ride to the end. Rhythmic and "cantabile" parts are to be identified in the piano and Cello varying the repetitive elements and to experiment with different strokes and accents. Pulcinella's secret is a tango which is based on the Pergolesi / Stravinsky theme that is connected to the well-known character of the Neapolitan folk tradition. The issue is all the time hidden over up to the moment in 3/4 time where it then actually new harmonized emerges. Dawn - Dawn is the soundtrack for a new beginning.
