La obra Precámbrico consta de dos partes separadas. La idea de esta obra surge en un
principio de la necesidad de explorar un espacio sonoro de los instrumentos para los cuales
ha sido escrita, que tratase de expresar el primitivismo de este periodo de la geología
histórica. Así pues, este tema se convierte en un pretexto generador de la estructura y del
diálogo que entre las diferentes sonoridades se genera lentamente.
La pieza consta de dos partes diferenciadas divididas en cinco movimientos unidos. Cada
movimiento da nombre y destaca un suceso importante de varios eones o períodos del
Precámbrico.
