Bass clarinet and piano

SKU: A7.ALEA1227

Composed by Gabriel Faure. Arranged by Keith Terrett. Classical. Solo score. Alea Publishing #ALEA1227. Published by Alea Publishing (A7.ALEA1227).

Berceuse, Op. 16, is a short, single-movement piece by Gabriel Faure, written in or about 1879. In its original version it is for solo violin and piano. The composer later published a version for violin and orchestra, and the work has been arranged by others for various instruments. In this arrangement, Keith Terrett makes the familiar work available for bass clarinet and piano. The limited range and light technical challenges for the bass clarinet make this an extremely accessible arrangement for the young player.
