Spotlights is a fantastic virtuoso piece for saxophone quartet (SATB) and concert band that was commissioned by the outstanding Austrian saxophone quartet Mobilis. It is an impressive and exceptionally spectacular piece in which every member of the saxophone family is featured. The most important ingredients of this solo work are virtuosity, rhythm and a good dollop of funk. It is a challenging, but rewarding piece for your saxophone soloists and yet very accessible to the audience.
Spotlights is een fantastisch virtuoos werk voor saxofoonkwartet (SATB) en harmonieorkest, geschreven in opdracht van het vooraanstaande Oostenrijkse saxofoonkwartet Mobilis. Het is een indrukwekkend en bijzonder spectaculaire werk waarin ieder lid van de saxofoonfamilie aan bod komt. De belangrijkste ingredienten van dit solowerk zijn virtuositeit, ritme en een goede portie funk. Het is een uitdagende, goed in het gehoor liggende compositie waarbij uw saxofoonsolisten ongetwijfeld veel bijval oogsten van het publiek!
Spotlights ist ein fantastisches virtuoses Stuck fur Saxophonquartett (SATB) und Blasorchester, das im Auftrag des ausgezeichneten osterreichischen Saxophonquartetts Mobilis geschrieben wurde. Es ist eine beeindruckende, aussergewohnlich spektakulare Komposition, in der alle Mitglieder der Saxophonfamilie (Sopran, Alt, Tenor und Bariton) zum Zug kommen. Virtuositat, Rhythmus und eine ordentliche Prise Funk sind die wichtigsten Zutaten dieses Solowerks.
Spotlights est un excellent morceau virtuose pour quatuor de saxophones (SATB) et orchestre d'harmonie qui fut commande par l'incomparable quatuor de saxophone autrichien Mobilis. C'est une oeuvre impressionnante et exceptionnellement spectaculaire dans laquelle chaque membre de la famille des saxophones est mis en vedette. Les ingredients les plus importants de cette oeuvre solo sont la virtuosite, le rythme et une bonne dose de funk. Un morceau ambitieux mais enrichissant pour vos saxophonistes solos qui reste pourtant accessible au public.
Spotlights (Riflettori) e un favoloso pezzo virtuosistico per quartetto di sassofoni (SATB) e banda commissionato dallo straordinario quartetto austriaco di saxofoni Mobilis. E un brano impressionante ed eccezionalmente spettacolare in cui viene presentato ogni appartenente alla famiglia dei sassofoni. Gli ingredienti piu importanti di questo lavoro solistico sono il virtuosismo, il ritmo e un bel po' di funk. E un brano impegnativo ma anche gratificante per i Vostri solisti al saxofono e molto godibile per il pubblico.
