This evocative concert piece begins with a dreamy introduction in which we here the firt theme. The musical tension is gradually increased in the Grandioso with a new forceful theme being heard. These ever present two themes are further developed with the introduction of striking rhythmic patters bringing the work to a climax.

Dit suggestieve concertwerk uit 1996 begint met een dromerige inleiding die gevolgd wordt door het eerste thema. De muzikale spanning wordt geleidelijk verhoogd waarna in het Grandioso een nieuw krachtig thema wordt ge ntroduceerd.De altijd aanwezige twee thema's worden daarna verder ontwikkeld om uiteindelijk na een climax het werk af te sluiten.

A Sunrise Impression débute avec une impression de lever de soleil, une rêverie au cours de laquelle est dévoilé le premier thème principal. La tension musicale augmente progressivement dans le Grandioso où l’on peut entendre le second thème exprimé avec puissance. Les développements qui succèdent au Grandioso n’altèrent en rien la présence appuyée des deux thèmes principaux qui, le finale approchant, gagnent en puissance gr ce l’introduction de nouveaux motifs rythmiques.
