"Chopsticks Fantasy" is an advanced piano solo arrangement of the original "Chopsticks" composed by Euphemia Allen in the year 1877. This arrangement is as played by famous pianist Liberace.

This arrangement is written in a variety of rhythms, including waltz, stride and boogie-woogie. It also includes many of the amazing piano runs, glissandos, and embellishments as played on t.v. and around the world by the legendary pianist Liberace.

Biographical Information on Ms.Euphemia Allen:

Euphemia Amelia Nightingale Allen (1861–1948) was a British composer. She composed the song "Chopsticks" in 1877, at the age of 16, under the pseudonym Arthur de Lulli. She was the sister of music publisher Mozart Allen.

Allen was the daughter of William Elder Allen, a well-known dancing instructor in Glasgow, and Agnes Allen (nee Letham). The 1901 Scotland Census states her occupation as 'teacher of the piano forte'. At the time of the census she was living with her brother E. J. Mozart Allen, his wife Christina, and their father William along with Mozart and Christina's three children.  She was at the time of her death, employed as a music publisher; a great achievement for a woman in those days of the 19th Century!
