The Sparkler is a solo for Euphonium or Baritone with Piano Accompaniment. It is traditional in style, with plenty for a good Euph' player to show off their skills and requires advanced level technique of about grade 7/8 (ABRSM). The ingredients for the solo include the full range of the instrument, a pinch of triple tonguing and a healthy dose of nostalgia. The work is intended for developing repertoire, concert and recital performances. The accompaniment has been carefully designed to work within the resources of pianists at about advanced intermediate level and above (grade 5+). The PDF is in A4 format (12 pages) and includes a full score and parts (treble & bass clef). Duration of the piece is about 3 minutes.

Note that there is a version for Cornet soloist and brass band also available on sheet music plus which will also work for Euphonium or Baritone.
