Transcription of the Neo-romantic song cycle "Thoughts and Images" (2012), on poems by the Romanian late-Romantic poet Mihai Eminescu. Generally contemplative, but with humorous or tragic touches, it needs simplicity and reserved emotions in performance, also to let the color chords make an impression. The movements correspond to the following songs: 1. the satirical "The Album"; 2. the nostalgic "Years Have Trailed Past"; 3. the contemplative, almost minimalist "Stars In the Sky"; 4. the hectic "I Watch the City - What A Hive"; 5. the philosophical "Ode (in ancient meter)"; 6. the appeased "Vainly In the Dust of Schooling". The mp3 audio clip is movement 1 (Allegretto scherzando). Total duration: 19 min.
