Mantras are really not translatable. The composer does not attempt any translation, for mantras are meant to be chanted in the original Sanskrit for the particular vibrations they offer. To fulfill the wishes of those who must have a translation, a very basic one may be “I pray, oh, Tara, I pray, so be it.” Another one may be “In happiness or unhappiness, I keep with the divine.” Longer translations and exegeses of the mantra have been rendered through the ages. Ultimately, when it comes to mantras, vibe is the essence, and meaning is a derivative.
