Gotthard are one of the most successful rock bands to have come out of Switzerland, both on national and international platforms. In 2010 Gotthard’s charismatic lead singer, Steve Lee, was tragically killed in a motorcycle accident whilst in the USA. Simon Fahnholz has created a moving memorial to Lee with this haunting arrangement of the rock anthem, Heaven.

Gotthard is een succesvolle rockband uit Zwitserland die zowel nationaal als internationaal bekend is. In oktober 2010 verongelukte hun charismatische zanger Steve Lee dodelijk bij een tragisch verkeersongeval in de USA. Van de indrukwekkenderockhymne Heaven maakte Peter Kleine Schaars een arrangement voor harmonieorkest. Met recht een waardig monument voor de sterke muziek van Gotthard!

Gotthard ist eine der erfolgreichsten Rockbands aus der Schweiz - sowohl national als auch international. Im Oktober 2010 verunglückte der charismatische Sänger Steve Lee bei einem Verkehrsunfall in den USA tödlich. Mit der Blasorchesteradaption der eindringlichen Rockhymne Heaven setzte Simon Fahnholz der starken Musik von Gotthard ein würdiges Denkmal.

Gotthard est un des rares groupes de rock suisses, dont le succès a largement dépassé les frontières nationales. Heaven est une ode rock au charismatique chanteur du groupe, Steven Lee, décédé accidentellement aux États-Unis, en octobre 2010.
