The Incredibles is a recent movie from the masters of animation at Pixar Studios. The story tells of a family of undercover superheroes who, while trying to live the quiet suburban life, are forced into action to save the world. The music is inspired by 1960's TV cop dramas and spy thrillers and fits the action perfectly. This arrangement for concert band by Jay Bocook is guaranteed to be a sure fire hit.

Der erfolgreiche und unglaublich lustige Disney-Pixar-Zeichentrickfilm The Incredibles - Die Unglaublichen - erzahlt von einer Familie von Superhelden, die, etwas bequem geworden, ein ganz gewohnliches Leben fuhren und sich schwer tun, an die glorreiche Zeit ihrer Heldentaten anzuknupfen. Aus dem vielfach ausgezeichneten Soundtrack von Michael Giacchino wahlte Takashi Hoshide die beiden Titel The Incredits und The Glory Days und verarbeitete sie zu einem unglaublich schwungvollen, unterhaltsamen Stuck fur Blasorchester.

Bob Paar etait jadis l'un des plus grands super-heros de la planete. Mais aujourd'hui, << Mr. Indestructible >> est un petit expert en assurances qui n'affronte plus que l'ennui.... Pour ce long-metrage d'animation, Michael Giacchino a compose une musique tres cuivree, rythmique et influencee par le jazz des annees 60. Takashi Hoshide a choisi deux extraits de la bande originale (The Incredits, The Glory Days). L'arrangement est virevoltant !

In passato Bob Paar fu uno dei piu grandi super-eroi del pianeta...Oggi, "Mr. Incredibile" e un piccolo agente assicurativo sopraffatto dalla noia... Michael Giacchino ha composto per questo cartone animato una musica ritmica e influenzata dal jazz degli anni '60. Takashi Hoshide ha scelto due estratti della colonna sonora originale (The Incredits e The Glory Days) per creare un arrangiamento sorprendente ed entusiasmante.
