The Gladie Suite is a four movement string quartet composed in honor of the Red River Gorge Geological Area in completion of the 2016 "Living Archaeology" Composer's Residency.  Each movement highlights an exceptional part of the residency experience and Red River Gorge environment:  I. Gladie Cabin, II. Sandstone, III. The Little Ones, IV. The Clifty Wilderness.

In collaboration with the Daniel Boone National Forest and the Kentucky Organization of Professional Archaeologists celebrating the 50th Anniversary of the Preservation Heritage Act. Supported by the National Park Foundation's "Every Kid in the Park" grant celebrating the Centennial Anniversary of the National Park Service.

The total performance time is about 16 minutes.
