Published by Luis Anjos Teixeira (A0.889376)."Back to School 2015" Probably "Vira Variations" matches very well with the "Back to School 2015" project. "Vira" is an Old Dance from the traditional music heritage of Portugal. I wrote this Variations for a ballet performance. This short piece allows different interpretations, so I decided to leave the expression and the bowing technic entirely to the taste, the intention, the creativity and the school of the players. It can be easily played with a mixed group, of absolute "easy/beginners" and "early/intermediates" altogether. It is a very pleasant piece to hear, and due to its flexibility it can be played in recitals and all kinds of other events. Thanks a lot for taking Your time to read the text and to look at the score. The score and the sound sample where produced with Finale and Garritan instruments.
