Sound Silences was composed for Marc Benyahia-Kouider, Professor of cello at the Conservatory of Music in Poitiers in 2003. This work is a companion piece to Timbral Timbres. The duration is 6'20.
Sound Silences was premiered by the CNR Cello Ensemble conducted by Marc Benyhia-Kouider at the CNR in Poitiers, France on March 22, 2003.
