I composed Age de saison (Season age) at the request of the mixed choir La Rose des Vents conducted by Yves Piller. This ensemble celebrated it 30th anniversary during its 2006-2007 season with three shows and commissioned several works from different composers.
Age de Saison is a calm piece, a little nostalgic, with some solo passages for soprano, alto and bass. It was premiered January 6 2006 in Middes (Switzerland).
