This song "Por una Cabeza" was also featured more recently in Martin Brest's film "Scent of a Woman".
Gardel wrote with his lyricist Alfredo Le Pera many classic tango songs and made hundreds of recordings. He was killed in a plane crash at the height of his career and mourned throughout Latin America.
