Composed by Moshe S. Knoll. 20th Century,Contemporary,Latin. Score and parts. 69 pages. ArtsAhimsa #3638915. Published by ArtsAhimsa (A0.950837).

This is a dark, turbulent, Neo-Romantic Fantasia quasi una Sonata, inspired by the great literary works of Nathaniel Hawthorne and Hermann Melville. It is known that both artists went for a hike on Mt. Greylock, located in Berkshires County, MA.
A storm forced them to take refuge in a cave. It is certain that both men discussed literary matters that night.
The piano part, far from being a mere accompaniment, is almost an entire composition in and of itself.
The eight note push must remain constant throughout the changes in time signature.

This product was created by a member of ArrangeMe, Hal Leonard’s global self-publishing community of independent composers, arrangers, and songwriters. ArrangeMe allows for the publication of unique arrangements of both popular titles and original compositions from a wide variety of voices and backgrounds.
