The piece is in D Major with the first part mostly in the upper register - never going above top C. There are a few sections that go just below the break and as such the piece has an element of break study. Both parts appear together for ease of reference, and are laid out very clearly. There is a minimum of information on the page, a few staccato notes are indicated, but the piece can be freely interpreted. An easy and enjoyable duet. .
