The Ballad of the Chessie Cat is a track from the Come to the Light CD recorded by the Apostolic Band. This fun boating song was written by good friends and songwriting partners Chris Werle and John Ford for Dick and Cathy Becker, the owners of the catamaran Chessie Cat, to thank them for inviting many of their friends on July 4th weekend boating trips around the Chesapeake Bay.  It can be played by any type band, but is primarily intended for bands that typically consist of keyboard, guitar, bass, and drums. The sheet music includes the melody, lyrics, chords, as well as introductions, harmonies, endings, and solos as applicable.  The complete CD is available for purchase at www.sus4chord.com.

This product was created by a member of ArrangeMe, Hal Leonard’s global self-publishing community of independent composers, arrangers, and songwriters.
