As you play this piece you can vividly imagine the scenes from the Leonardo de Capprio "Gatsby" film depicting that happy "party" era between the 2 World Wars with the charleston dance steps , and the fabulous 20's flapper dresses - the White tuxedos and the feathers in the 20's hair styles - the open cars - the parties!
I composed this piece with all of this in mind- you will find the last line of the rag quite an exciting technical challenge!
Learn it slowly - then take it a little faster every week!!! A great piece to play at a party- or concert.
