Wednesday, the Netflix TV series, is a spin-off of The Addams Family and revolves around the life of the dark, grumpy, and oh-so-morbid Wednesday Addams. It has gotten positive reviews so far. The music was composed by the great Danny Elfman, who is talented in creating spooky and catchy tunes.  
 
This piece is the main title of the TV series that sets the tone for what the show is all about. This piece would be great to play at Halloween or between 2 bubbly happy-go-lucky pieces to keep your audience from getting too happy.  :p
 
Scored for piccolo, 4 C, alto, bass, and contrabass flutes. There is an optional cello part that doubles the contrabass flute part that can also be played by any other C instrument in the same range.  
 
There is an extended technique at the end of the piece - a jet whistle.  This technique is achieved by covering the embouchure hole with the mouth and blowing forcefully into the instrument.
