We Praise Thee, Op. 27, a chant from the Russian Orthodox liturgy is number six of this set of ten choral works written by Pavel Chesnokov. Its sound is deep, mysterious and awesome.
Jeff Reynolds has beautifully arranged this 4-minute work in its original key for Trombone Ensemble, which also includes an optional Contrabass Trombone part.
All parts are in bass clef and the work can be performed by intermediate level performers.
