Every measure has the same rhythm - a quarter note followed by a dotted half note. Most of the time the pair of notes is the same pitch. There is plenty of time to figure out your next new note. There are no extra markings, just basic notes with a few accidentals. The beauty comes from the harmonic chords, so strive to listen for a good balance in your ensemble.
