Throughout my eminently nutritional piece, appropriate comments are scattered which have pretty much nothing to do with the music, but everything to do with the title. Didn't our mothers, long ago, chide us about eating our veggies? So here you can play my fascinating music and perhaps simultaneously chomp on a carrot. My piece is tonal but has many key changes. It starts innocently in G, but abruptly in bar two it shifts to A flat. And so on, throughout. Bon appetit.
