Composed by Johann Sebastian Bach. Arranged by Paul Kajzar. Baroque. Individual part. 3 pages. Paul Kajzar, Gyllcott Music #931161. Published by Paul Kajzar, Gyllcott Music (A0.1346338).

Solo saxophone arrangements based on two of the keyboard two-part inventions by J. S. Bach. These pieces, which resemble the style of an etude, more or less cover the whole of the saxophone’s register. They invite rhythmic freedom and, although there are suggestions for tempo, phrasing and articulation, the player may wish to devise their own. Nominally arranged for either soprano or alto saxophone they would work well on tenor. Difficulty level : Intermediate/Advanced.
