Composed by Traditional. Arranged by Lori Cummings. Children,Country,Folk,Instructional,Traditional. Score. 3 pages. Lori Cummings #3619177. Published by Lori Cummings (A0.762318).

Turkey in the Straw is arranged with the late beginner student in mind.  Written in G Major, the students will play a wide range of pitches while having fun changing hand positions in the right hand.  Introduction to basic chording in the left hand adds depth to the song without distracting from the fun melody.  Words for one verse are included, but students are encouraged to also come up with their own words to add some silliness to the song.  Suggested fingering is included for the more challenging spots to play.  Students will have great fun learning this piece! .

This product was created by a member of ArrangeMe, Hal Leonard’s global self-publishing community of independent composers, arrangers, and songwriters. ArrangeMe allows for the publication of unique arrangements of both popular titles and original compositions from a wide variety of voices and backgrounds.
