7th always moves down half a step

A little tip I use to help me find the first minor 7th chord in the right hand in each sequence is to look for the 3rd above the root in the left hand. Play it with the thumb and a finger on the second note a fifth above.
To play the Dominant 7th chord, play a semitone below the top note in the fifth of the II chord to make a diminished fifth.
To play the Major 7th chord, play a semitone below the bottom note of the diminished chord of the V7 to make a perfect fifth again!
