By The Lightning Seeds. By David Baddiel, Frank Skinner, and Ian Broudie. Arranged by Louis Davies. Pop. Brass Band. 52 pages. LouD Music #691924. Published by LouD Music (A0.1087711).This is a new arrangement of the 1996 Hit 'Three Lions' by David Baddiel, Frank Skinner and The Lightning Seeds for the England Football Team at Euro '96. England hadn't won a major Football Trophy for 30 years and this was written to bring glory back to the England side. More recently, at the 2018 World Cup and the 2021 European Finals, England used it as their Anthem and the whole Nation got behind the Team and this was played everywhere, even by Royal Appointment outside Buckingham Palace and St. James' Palace on the world famous Changing of the Guard Ceremonies. Louis Davies is a British Arranger of Brass Band Music. He trained at the Royal Military School of Music, Kneller Hall and is a Percussionist by trade. Davies arranged this to combine his love of Music and Football.
This product was created by a member of ArrangeMe, Hal Leonard’s global self-publishing community of independent composers, arrangers, and songwriters.
