It was written in 2019 for the Glenwood Moravian Trombone Choir’s (Madison, WI) Ice Cream Social-always an enjoyable chance for the group to play decidedly "non-church" music. It was written as a feature for the two other bass trombonists in the group-Isaac Weber and Mike Wathen-and me.
