This song reflects the writer's perspective on those who have struggled with self-harm and eating disorders. This is my artistic attempt to be sympathetic and compassionate to their struggles.
The title is an oxymoron that reflects the dichotomy of addiction: Give in and feel good but hurt because you gave in. Resist and feel good for being strong, but deal with withdrawal.
